U, NOV 05 - Three killed in accident

KATHMANDU: Three people were killed and two injured when a bus belonging to Swayambhu Yatayat ran  over them in Chabahil on Thursday afternoon. The bus driver drove the vehicle on to the pavement and crushed the three, according to police. The accident site soon turned ugly after irate locals and passersby began protesting, and burnt down three buses belonging to the public transport company, including the bus that ran over the three.
