member of the youth wing of the Maoists’ the
Young Communists League (YCL) publicises Sitaram
Prasain to the press at Khulamanch in Kathmandu
on Monday. The YCL handed over a "wanted"
banner of former chairman of Nepal Cottage
and Small Industries Development Bank (NCSIDB)
to the police citing that the police administration
couldn’t arrest him.
