Small parties draw PM’s attention

SINDHULI, SEP 14 - Three fringe parties in Sindhuli district on Monday have drawn attention of Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal through the chief district officer towards the issue of soaring market prices, health problems, encroachment of the Nepali territories, and statute drafting. 



Submitting a memorandum to the chief district officer, the parties has asked the PM to control the market prices, take action against the black businessmen and hoarders, declare the mid and far west regions the zone with health emergency, and scrap the ‘lopsided’ 1950 treaty with India.



They have also urged the PM to accomplish the drafting of new constitution on time.
