Vice President Parmanand Jha has said that an inclusive government was needed to resolve the country's existing problems.
Inaugurating the Nepal Leadership Conference-2012 of Universal Peace Federation in Bharatpur today, Vice President Jha said that participation of all people in the governance should be guaranteed.
He said people have not experience changes in the country, saying that elections at the local level were not conducted for 14 years. "Are we abiding by the rule of law," he questioned.
He was of the opinion that all should unite to make people powerful.
He also suggested the government to implement the past agreement adding that problems were created due to lack of implementation of the past agreements from the government side. RSS
