‘Preparations for National Games drawing to close’
KATHMANDU, FEB 02 -
National Sports Council (NSC) Member Secretary Yubraj Lama is confident that the Sixth National Games to be held in a month will run successfully. At a press meet, Lama said all the necessary preparations for the event have been completed and the NSC will leave no stone unturned to organise the event in a grand manner.
Lama further added that all the district level championships are nearing its ends and regional level competitions will be completed before the first week of February. About the infrastructure, the constructions of venues for the 31 events are on the last phases.
At the same programme, Lama unveiled the sample ‘Kits bag’ that contains a pair of trouser, a pair of shoe and sock, vest, towel and shorts- for the players.
