Four held for looting truck
Police arrested four looters from Beltari VDC along with weapons in Nawalparasi district Saturday night.
The arrestees are identified as Ram Bahadur Tharu of Pratapur-4, Rajak Ansari of the same place, Sedi Tharu of Kudiya-9 and Mundrika Sahani of Pasauni-2.
Police Inspector Jitendra Kumar Basnet said cash Rs. 151,000, one piston and two bullets were seized from them--accused of looting the truck (Na 2 Kha 4702) in Pratapur on Dec. 24.
They are under police investigation, Basnet added.
